2. Classification of pneumatic conveying

Suction pneumatic conveying
The air source equipment is installed at the end of the equipment system. When the fan is running, the whole system forms a negative pressure, at this time, there is a pressure difference in the pipeline, and the air is sucked into the feeding pipe. At the same time, the material is also brought into the pipeline by the air and is transported to the separator. In the separator, the material is separated from the air, the separated material is discharged by the rotary discharge valve at the bottom of the separator, and the air is sent to the dust collector for purification, and the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere through the fan.
 Pressure-fed pneumatic conveying
The air supply unit is located in front of the feed end of the system. Since the fan is located at the front of the system, the material is not free to enter the feed pipe and a sealed pressure feeder unit must be used. When the fan is turned on, the pressure in the pipe is higher than atmospheric pressure. At this point, the material from the hopper enters the pipe via the rotary feed and is then transported by compressed air to the separator. In the separator, the material is separated from the air and discharged by a rotary discharge valve.
Composite pneumatic conveying
It consists of a composite of suction-feeding and pressure-feeding. This system has the characteristics of both, can be from several places to inhale the material, and the material is pressed to a farther place
  1. Flow state of pneumatic conveying
A: Suspension flow conveying
The material conveying speed is higher than the suspension speed, and the material flows in suspension in the pipeline. Concentration ratio is small, this transportation method is suitable for low-pressure dilute-phase short-distance transportation.
B.Group Flow Conveying
